I think I've just replaced my white teak dial Aqua Terra
Unboxing.
Film off the watch, film still on the bracelet.
Resize the bracelet this evening when I can take my time.
Honestly my first thought is that my beautiful white teak dial Omega Aqua Terra has just been made redundant.

I agree with Drew, the Snow Leopard is a great looking watch. Enjoy it!

That’s a great first impression
The lightcatcher case really is something special. And the dial is beautiful.
Please report back in a few months to let us know how much wear the two watches are getting

However, I wouldn't write the AT off too soon... mine (and the Seamaster Pro) are the only watches I never have to demagnetise, and they just keep running at about +1 sec/per day ever since I bought them
Have to admire these two C63 SH21 releases... they really are a great send off for the original SH21

Re: I think I've just replaced my white teak dial Aqua Terra
Congratulations, lovely looking watch. I like how they have cut out the rotor to allow a better view of the movement through the display caseback. A nice touch as I often bemoan the rotor obscuring the view of half the movement on some watches.

^^^^ Similar treatment is applied to the rotor on all CW's SH21 Automatics e.g. Apex, Concept, Shadow etc.

Re: I think I've just replaced my white teak dial Aqua Terra
I think the Aqua Terra's dial is a little more upscale in comparison, although the AT could use an appropriate micro-adjustment update for its clasp. The C63 Snow Leopard is definitely more than solid for its cost though.
Another important thing to note about Omega, they have a great reputation of servicing their watches and replacing parts well after being discontinued. That's not a knock an CW either, as Omega has a leg up on most other companies regarding this.

Re: I think I've just replaced my white teak dial Aqua Terra
Thanks for clarifying that Guy. My only SH21 is a HW hence didn't know that CW did this across board for the SH21 auto.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Thu Mar 23, 2023 9:59 pm ^^^^ Similar treatment is applied to the rotor on all CW's SH21 Automatics e.g. Apex, Concept, Shadow etc.

Re: I think I've just replaced my white teak dial Aqua Terra
Oh I'm not quite ready yet. I treat my AT as a true "Sunday best" formal watch and I feel that Snowy is a bit more GADA.
