How to get in touch with higher management in CW?

Anyone know how can I get in touch with higher managements in CW? It doesn't has to be Mike France, I just wanted to move my issue to higher managements, thank you! :oops: :oops: :oops:

^^^^ Presuming your 'issue' is order / service / repair related the next step up the hierarchy will be Vallen Hardy, who is head of Customer Service.

A few years back, I had an issue with the service that DPD delivered (or failed to) on behalf of CW. It was a pretty serious issue that involved the loss, and potential theft, of my watch.
All I did was that I logged every phone call and every email I made, noted the names of every representative at DPD that I spoke to, and then forwarded a summary on to CW customer services.
Within a few hours, I got a direct email from Mike France expressing his apologies and a promise to look into this personally. This was done and the results were passed on to me.
In the end, it was all resolved and I was reunited with my watch.
I think the lesson here is to keep your cool, record facts rather than opinion, and be patient. CW have always done good by me this way.
