Sorry but I only go to IKEA after 10pm when I can get in the Car park and around the store with minimal fuss (I've experienced IKEA Croydon on a Sunday afternoon - nightmare)

I'm hearing that Lego is getting more and more popular as a hobby among adults. In fact, my roommate is quite the avid Lego builder and is known on forums far and wide as being one of the more accomplished military theme builders in the world (since unofficial company policy is that as a toy maker for children Lego will not release any overtly military themed sets).

And yes, watches. Something about watches. Mainly that I haven't seen any strangers with CWs on. The only two people I know personally with any CWs are my old roommate Mike and gwells from this here forum. The last two watch retailers I've spoken to hadn't heard of the brand. So there's still a way to go.

The only CW watch I'd recognise is the C60 (having owned one for three weeks before returning it).
I just couldn't get on with the date in the 4 o'clock position. However, I'd be able to recognise a
Rolex Exp I* and Exp II**.

(*Told a guy in work that I liked his watch. He was chuffed and said that I was the only person who
had recognised it as an Exp I).

Never seen anybody wearing a CW. That's one of the reason that enhances the appeal of a CW; they are not a common watch

I have never seen one...but when i used to work in russell square there was a guy who noticed it straight away. He said 'oh you were a Christopher as well' as i confessed my love for the brand he said he actually new Chris himself. I didn't get his name but he was a well spoken fellow who had a massive dog. Im guessing he may be on this forum.

Another customer commented on on my watch and said he new the brand and that they were doing some 'very interesting things in the industry'

I saw my first 'in the wild' today! A chap wearing a lovely C9 GMT on brown leather strap on the Victoria line from Finsbury Park to Oxford circus (where I also got off and on!).

He did seem rather preoccupied so I didn't approach him - I had my Makaira Pro on at the time :)
CWs: C40 IPK, C1 Bel Canto Nero and C12 ‘Twelve’ blue titanium

8 months ago when I was still in DC i was at my jewelers store for one of my watches and a man and his SO walked in to get her new C61 with orange bezel (I believe it was a while ago) resized, i struck up a conversation with them, the man had a CW as well but he wasn't wearing it at the time and I do not recall what it was. But that was the only time I have seen a CW in the wild

I believe this is a Selfish from Lowdown. Very tasty!

Still waiting to see someone else wearing a CW.

You've got one in Melbourne. They're like acne on a teenager. They crop up everywhere. I went half way around the world only to end up in the one shop I avoid like a dose of Dysentery!

Once a long time ago. The chap was a wearing a Peregrine. However, my son wears a C3 and I see his several times a week. In fact he and his family are on their way here now for dinner so I'll see it again. And every time I do I think I should get myself one.
