Morning everyone
I decided that after all the searching, I wanted to get my hands on a CW Sealander GMT. I reached out to CW through their website, was told they had one in stock and was sent an invoice which I paid at the start of October (8 weeks ago now). Since then I've had almost no contact from CW, and no confirmation of shipping. My emails are not being responded to anymore from the customer contact rep who reached out to me, nor to their general support email.
Is this normal for CW? It has definitely put a sour note on the entire experience for me.
Cheers!
C.

@Teloch - G'morning and welcome to the Forum. We're sorry to hear that it couldn't have been in happier circumstances. Let's try to help you.
Cutting to the quick may we suggest that you contact Matthew Thomas, Operations Manager, who heads us the Customer Service team. He can be reached at;- Matthew.Thomas@christopherward.co.uk
A couple of thoughts for you;-
You suggest that CW had 'one in stock' of the C63 Sealander GMT you're after. Which version by the way? It is possible that through unfortunate timing that got sold and you therefore have to wait on a pre-order timeline; although having done a quick check on CW's website it shows all 39mm versions (on consort or bader bracelet at least) are in stock.
Are you able to look at the order status on your account on CW's website? If so, what is the status of your order?
I wonder if, for some reason, your emails are not now getting through to CW. Are they being treated as spam?
Finally, to answer your initial question; for an item in stock it should be out the door within 3 - 5 business days and en-route to you by DPD if in the UK or DHL Express if Overseas.
