I am currently trying to obtain a ticket for the FA Cup fourth-round tie between Stoke City and Stevenage, which I plan to offer to a certain member in exchange for his Bel Canto.

I didn't realise, but there is apparently a non profit taking rule for sale items on this forum. I think the intention is for buyers who intend to return watches to CW to offer them to other forum members at the same price before doing so. After 60 days the return to CW option is no longer available, and watches can then be offered at a higher price.
Is that correct, mods?
Is there any limit on later selling prices?
10. Profiteering
10.1 The Sales Corner is not to be used by or for any commercial business or traders to sell items purchased for resale purposes.
10.2 Advertising of Christopher Ward watches, in the Sales Corner or the CW Forum, that have been purchased during a private, public or preview sale sponsored by CW (including the CW website/showroom) within the past 90 days for more than the original purchase price is strictly prohibited. The CW Forum Administrator/Admin Team reserves the right to view original receipt for verification upon request. Violation of this policy or refusal to submit verification will result in sales post deletion and may result in a warning and/or a ban from the forum.

@Lawrence
Thanks for that. I just had a look through the forum rules and etiquette carefully for the first time, I think. Definitely a case of RTFM. Mind you, I rarely look at watch manuals either, unless I'm checking some complicated function.

Those would be the same rules that Kip links to in every single Member Introduction thread?

Yes as a new member I recall seeing the that in Kip's recent welcome post. However I didn't pay much attention either since I could not access the Sales Corner at first.Amor Vincit Omnia wrote: ↑Sun Jan 08, 2023 11:01 pm Those would be the same rules that Kip links to in every single Member Introduction thread?
I think Bel Canto is going to attract a new audience to this forum and put some of the rules & etiquette to the test. I'll do my best to behave

Re: Holy cow!!! Bel Canto just sold for what $$$$?!?
The sale prices of the latest Bel Cantos are definitely having a 'halo' effect on the latest listings for CWs.
A C63 39mm Lucerne Blue for $1499.00 (starting bid - no bidders).
A C63 39mm Lucerne Blue for $1995 (buy it now).
A C63 36mm Lucerne Blue for $1250 (buy it now).
There are also a couple of Graphites already on the Bay.
One listed for $850 (buy it now) and one currently at £596 (6 bids 5 days to go).
There is one Bel Canto at $8195 (buy it now). It is already in the US so at least we wouldn't have to pay duty
