Hi!
I ordered the C11 automatic. The screws seem to bother lots of people but not me. I'm happy to increase my inventory of CW watches by a 100 percent. I like the rather rugged plain look on the watch. It looks sort of fresh to me. I was looking at other models as well but didn't find them appealing (at the moment).
Has anyone pre ordered a C11?

Hi Guys,I was obviously seeing what I wanted to see and not reading what it actually says! Something in my subconscious must have been egging me on to buy the thing for me to ignore what is a pretty obvious statement on the website. Sorry if I set hares running. It's too much money for me and I'm not that keen on the design that I would spend £400.00 on it. I'm out, as they say on Dragon's Den. Not so sure about that Sector Scooter, but if it makes you happy...

I like it and will order one soon I think...certainly an auto for me.
I don't mind the screws at all (as the actress said to the bishop) but it's the clarity of the face that I love.
As these C11s are Mk 1s, are we to expect more delights in this watch case? Hope so.
Cheers.

Right Gents, in which case i really look forward to seeing photos of your new acquisitions posted here in due course. It'll be interesting to see whether the screws and the red thingy actually make a significant difference to the appearance of the watch in the flesh and you can also comment on the mysterious "museum grade" sapphire and what effect, if any, it has on the view of the watch dial.

Wow! That's a lot of watch. I'm guessing at 44mm it will be a bit big for my wrist, but its design certainly shows its aviation roots. Actually I prefer the appearance of the watch dial and hands to the C11. Congrats on owning a really nice piece and thanks for putting uploading a photo.
