Got my T3 today

Post by Monkey »

Well, after a short delay, I got my keenly awaited T3 in the post early this morning :)

Now Ive obviously seen the pictures on the site, and seen a few 'wrist shots' of the watch, but couldn't believe my eyes on opening the box as to how BIG it was :o

Boy thats one chunky son of a gun  and quite heavy too....think I should buy another for the other wrist then I'll never need to go to the gym again, lol

I've got a C3 which my better half got me for Xmas, and I thought that was quite a size, but this really did suprise me though!!

It's a well made piece though, I have to admit, and now Ive sorted the bracelet out, it's comfortable to wear aswell, so I'll just watch out for how the strap holds out!!

I'll post up some pics of my bulging left bicep after a few weeks

Enjoy your T3. The band is surprisingly comfortable, and the clasp design is great. This watch works better with long-sleeve shirts than some of my others, due to the clasp.

I'm finding I wear it a lot more than I thought I would - the 2-tone bracelet is not my favorite style. But it's wearing on me ;)

I found the strap was either too tight or too loose, needed a half link really. Solved it by using black double sided tape to glue a piece of black leather to the inside of the deployment clasp. Sounds crude but looks fine and is very comfortable to wear, and of course is completely hidden with the watch on......

My strap is comfortable, if a touch loose, but the jeweller said that was the best way to have bigger heavier watches, plus, he took 6 links out as it is to get it to fit my skinny wrists

I compared it to my Seiko 5 last night, and it's about half the size of the T3
