Thank you. I’ll have to think up a quick excuse as to why I’m suddenly so productive at work, but I’ll figure it out!

The maintenance update is now completed. This was to further update the cookie related software the Forum uses amongst other key technical areas.

Remember that you still have the option to add/delete information via the User Control Panel and to delete cookies at the bottom of the Board index page if you want to.

Unfortunately there still appears to be that problem in the Sales section with the latest post showing completely the wrong item against the ID/name of the person that just posted.

I’ve noticed going through Tapatalk.

I’d like to see that fixed, but I think a bigger issue for CW is their bug with the currency selector that takes a new website visitor in circles.

Priorities. I’m willing to sacrifice mine for theirs. I hope it’s resolved for them.

Lots of issues logging in, asking for 'acceptance of cookies' numerous times and not acknowledging the acceptance and then not being allowed to sign in despite repeated acceptance of cookies.

I think it may be helpful for the admins to know... what page to you arrive on when you come to the forum? It is possible the cookie setting is different on a different landing page.

This update was strictly DDPR related. We are aware of the above issue and are awaiting an update from phpBB.

Not seeing this issue on my end or through testing. More specifics would be helpful.

I view the forum via an iPad and iPhone.

With the iPad no problems. The first time I accessed the forum after the GDPR changes I was asked to accept cookies. Clicked to accept and it was fine the “accept cookies” box didn’t appear again the next time I visited.

With the iPhone no such luck. I click on the accept cookies box and it refuses to disappear. I was already logged in, but the box is still there occupying the bottom part of the page, when I view from the board index and when I click on a thread.

If I switch to viewing via the portal the box is not there. But when I then click on a thread to view content the box appears again and no amount of clicking gets rid of it.

Just had a further play to try and rid myself of the cookies box when viewing via iPhone. :)

I normally view threads in portrait when on iPhone. By switching to viewing in landscape the box ended up accepting my click and disappeared!

Shut the tab. Went back in, still logged in ok and cookies box now gone when I view in portrait. :)
