^^^^ Sorry to hear you have an issue.
What do you mean by 'only runs consistently'?

Just that, when wearing it it stops and starts so is not keeping time, you look one moment and it’s stop the next it’s going or correct the time and it starts again.
Think you may mean "inconsistently" or "intermittently"
Have you given it a good full wind-up?

That's most unusual.
What amount of Power Reserve have you got into the movement?
I ask, as timekeeping accuracy for the SH21 is sensitive to the level of PR. It needs to be on 3+ days PR to run consistently within the COSC specification.
I'm wondering whether you may have <3 days PR and it is this causing the issue; for now at least.

Well that was short lived excitement, watch only runs consistently if left off the wrist! which is pretty pointless for a wrist watch! Back to Christopher Ward it will go no doubt another three months while I wait for it to be fixed. Absolutely horrendous story cannot believe how this is unfolded.
Aw no, that's rotten luck. Here's hoping it can be quickly rectified for you.

Good grief. Tough one this. I feel your pain. I think it should end well.

It’s stopped on full power and everything in between. I can get it going by messing with the crown and I’ve left it still, on a flat surface ,it will run I let it go for a couple of days, but when you pick it up and move around it stops, so it has a problem. But CW customer support is none existent.

Does anyone have a phone number for CW. I’ve emailed customer support 5 times this week. The first of which was 7:30 Monday! And still they have not responded.
Honestly I’m absolutely livid with this crap I’ve had from them

Phone number is on their website.
When you emailed, did you get an acknowledgement reply?
However, as it is after 17:00hrs GMT CW is now closed until Monday morning.
As for your faulty watch, rather than using the general email address for Customer Services try using; repairs@christopherward.co.uk

I felt ignored when I replied to order and delivery notifications. I then realised that, unlike in so many other experiences, I was not replying to customer services but instead, an address to nowhere, it seems. However, once I wrote to customer services they always responded quickly.
It’s certainly very hit and miss with which member of the CW team you contact. During the latter stages of the FLE I emailed Peter France so as not to bother the FLE team on here. I never had a response from him to any email I sent to him directly.
Iain’s Law: Any discussion on the Christopher Ward forum, irrespective of the thread title or subject matter, will eventually lead to someone mentioning the Bel Canto if the thread continues for long enough.
