Might be, but then again might not.

The Swiss watch industry is well known for being mutually supportive within the industry. but sometimes that can be detrimental and I guess if such problems keep occuring then other options will have to be considered - within the swiss watch industry, of course.

Oh my word this is killing me, virtually sat on the front door step, waiting

So, the Blue Marine Foundation arrived today. Was it worth the wait? Yes. It is a lovely looking thing, both front and rear. CWs bracelet sizing seems a little "generous" (either that or I have lost wrist size over the year since the order was placed) so I am wearing it on the leather for now as I cant find my bracelet clamp. Initial impressions are that it is a bit chunky / hefty, but I did take a Twelve Ti off immediately before putting the BMF on

Downsides so far? Well, the dial colour is a corker, really vibrant, it pops beautifully, seems to glow even in artificial light and looks really crisp, but try as I might, I cannot get the colour captured in a photo. It is a tough life eh? I'll get the DSLR / Macro lens combo on it when I get a break from work. A couple of mobile pics for a taster. For those still waiting - hang on in there, it is well worth the wait!

I’ve also found this with the bracelets recently. Ordered a consort bracelet in Jan and when it came it was way too big. Next sale watch I ordered in Feb I gave size as 1.5cm smaller, and it was too small…so seem to be a bit inconsistent with the resizing! I did double check the measurements and my order the first time, thinking I might have made a mistake

Well that was short lived excitement, watch only runs consistently if left off the wrist! which is pretty pointless for a wrist watch! Back to Christopher Ward it will go no doubt another three months while I wait for it to be fixed. Absolutely horrendous story cannot believe how this is unfolded.

Just that, when wearing it it stops and starts so is not keeping time, you look one moment and it’s stop the next it’s going or correct the time and it starts again.
