I just came across the CW facebook page and was a bit concerned with the 3.9 out of 5 score. Only 75 reviewers mind you and there are over 30k LIKES.
I'm guessing that Covid might have had an impact. Anyone got any horror stories or any good news stories.
I'm having a serious look at buying something but just slightly hesitant with a brand new to me.

My advice would be to order the watch you like. With the 60/60 guarantee you can return it if you are not happy with the watch or the service.

Then after you can leave a review.

As with all online reviews/ratings, bear in mind that it is a highly self-selecting population. People often only leave a review if they are disgruntled for some reason. By the same token people on forums tend to be along the other end of the spectrum in their brand loyalty! Though I think this particular forum is actually quite measured in its assessment of CW.

At the end the day as Clach77 pointed out the 60/60 guarantee is objectively excellent and should give you confidence to give it a shot.
