Hi folks
Just a quick note to say I have experienced superb Customer Service in the last few weeks from CW. I initially ordered a Sandhurst 1 in the Clearance and had to return it due to a small blemish issue. Full refund and apology from CW. I subsequently ordered a C65 Dune (pics to the Gallery soon!) and I am really impressed with the watch.
Throughout this, Katie Howard (and Nick Bricknell) helped me with enquiries, queries and resolutions. All handled with professionalism, grace and understanding.
Well done Katie and the team - a lesson in how it should be done...

And @Rossco well done you too! I think that Katie and Nick should hear positive feedback: it's too easy, especially in the Facebook CW places, to see nothing but negative comment.Rossco wrote: ↑Thu Mar 16, 2023 4:23 pm Hi folks

Thanks for posting this, as has been said above, it's rare for someone to take the time to tell how good something went compared to how bad
Katie has been excellent anytime I've been dealing with her.

Re: Exemplary customer service from Katie at CW
Very glad to hear this. Katie had very well solved any issues happened to me as well.
I was previously informed that Katie is promoted, hence not in charge of customer services.
May I conclude that she is now back to head customer services again?

I know that in February Katie was Customer Services Assistant Manager but maybe she has been promoted since I'm not sure.KornSaksakorn wrote: ↑Fri Mar 17, 2023 10:31 am Very glad to hear this. Katie had very well solved any issues happened to me as well.

Another BRAVO Customer Services!!
Tuesday 21st March I pinged a quick but polite email over to Katie in customer services just asking about progress. Today I received a C8 watch which had been in for service and tomorrow I expect to receive my C63 SH21 Snow Leopard.
Brilliant stuff!

I have also received great service from Katie.
I emailed CW early last year to enquire about ordering a couple of half links for a c65 bracelet , 2 days later I received a package from CW containing 2 half links and a note from Katie saying they were complimentary...

^^^^ Indeed, Vallen was a previous Customer Service Manager who moved to pastures new elsewhere within CW.
Katie is currently the Assistant Manager, as per her signature to an email I received from her last week.
The current, and relatively new, Customer Service Manager is Tanya Bull, as mentioned by Kip in this topic of a few weeks ago.
