Since CW is primarily an online business, I'm curious if any EU customers have ordered multiple watch models or colors to try at home and then returned the ones they didn’t want to keep without any trouble.
I’ve checked the FAQ on the CW website, but I’d really like to hear from real people who have gone through the process. In the U.S. threads, I've seen that some customers faced challenges with tax and duty refunds when returning items. So, I’m wondering if EU customers had similar issues or if the process was smooth for you. Any insights on your return experience would be helpful!
EU Return Experiences: Smooth or Problematic?
Re: EU Return Experiences: Smooth or Problematic?
I'm located in Finland and I've had no problems returning watches. No tax issues whatsoever and DHL works really well. I've had issues with QC and the servicing but that's another topic.

Please be careful with your statements because USA customers have had issues with "Import Duty" refunds but not State/Local tax refunds.

I`m not really sure with those differences but my point was that for some US customers it hasn`t been as smooth sailing from what I understand. So with this thread I wanted to gather more information about the real experiences from EU customers.nycWATCHnerd wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2024 12:02 amPlease be careful with your statements because USA customers have had issues with "Import Duty" refunds but not State/Local tax refunds.
However it`s good to hear that from Finland there hasn't been any issues, so that's reassuring and can make it easier if one wants to order several models and then turn the ones not needed.
