I didn't bother moan about sales.

However it is a pain.
I've just abouy convinced myself to buy a C9 5DA, but can't do it because I know it was 10% cheaper before (40mm was never 25% off).

Perhaps an explanation as to how the list of those emailed was chosen would help.

I've bought 4 CW's and a few straps but didn't receive the email about the sales or this new one.

If was a sensitive soul I might feel a little bit upset but I'm not, I'm just interested.

I didn't get the email, but I doubt that I would have participated anyway. I am just not that interested in CW watches anymore  and think that I won't add any more (round) watches larger than 39mm or higher than 10mm to my collection. So this means that there are few watches I could get from CW and the two C61s I've got are rarely worn (bought as beaters and swimming watches, but it turns out that I don't like beaters and take off watches before I go for a swim, hence I don't wear them). I hope this doesn't mean that I have to leave the forum.

I think that narrows the field from most manufacturers these days!

Best just stick to Nomos and JLC then Andreas. :)

That's the plan ;-). My wrist is just too thin for big watches (I've tried it, but I just don't feel comfortable with big watches, although everyone says that they look fine or okish) and if companies don't offer smaller watches, my choice surely is limited, but they won't get my money. However, there are still some brands that offer reasonably sized watches. Rolex, Nomos, JLC and Omega. And there are always lovely vintage watches...

All in all I am glad that we all like different things, and people with normal wrists can wear CWs that I can only admire. The classic collection - did they steal my idea when they photographed a bow tie on a Mozart Sonata by the way? - is a joy to look at!
