I'm catching up with various posts on the forum and stumbled across this one. It has kept me mildly entertained for 5 minutes. I can see that feelings run deep on this issue, but surely this is how our world works. I'm not sure I can get terribly excited about it because as a potential buyer I (you) have a choice. We can choose to pay the price asked by the vendor or laugh at the absurdity of the price we know to be inflated and walk away from it.
I can sense Steve's (AVO) frustration and initial reaction to what happened to him and I would have probably felt the same, but his post of 06:40 this morning seems eminently, rational, logical and sensible to me.
I might add I can't see what all the fuss is about. CW sold stock it wanted to get rid off and someone stepped in to do what every other middle man/woman does in commerce and that is make a profit. We all have a choice: To buy or not to buy - sorry! I'll get my coat.

Go and have a look in the mirror pal, you might just be talking about yourself!akirk wrote:just think that the negativity on here is totally flawed! Nor is it constructive for this forum - there are lots of good things about this forum, but the small minority who concern themselves with telling others how to behave don't improve it!
I am entitled to my opinion and I'll stand by it thank you very much and I'll keep my thoughts to myself about some of your other comments. You might care to do the same in future.

Time this thread died. There is no solution, just polarised quibbling now.

Just noticed another C60 popped up.
I messaged the seller and mentioned that I loved mine
Which is absolutely true. Phillip

If CW got their pricing right in the first place, none of this would happen! I can't think of any other watch company where re-selling like this occurs.
