I like the date feature. Probably almost a deal breaker iif there was not date. Day/date is too much in my opinion though.

Date here. It's one complication I use in anger (several times during a working day if truth be known!). No need for day/month though. Do not see the need for the date on a dress watch though.

I generally prefer no-date models for the aesthetics. My problem is that almost all watches (and all CWs) show the date. I understand that most people prefer having the date, but I would be buying a lot more watches if there were more no-date options out there.

And if there must be a date, it should be at 6 so as not to spoil the axial symmetry. Very few of those as well.

How about a Big date, day, month and moon phase, now where is that 2 quid lotto ticket?

I like a date window on a watch...... Wish the date was silty bigger on my C5. Awaiting my C60 anytime soon.....maybe this is better. This isn't a point of note only in Ward watches. Other brands design small date windows too..... Maybe it's just me!!!!!! 0:)

If CW are trying to push the brand forward they could do a lot worse than produce a watch similar to this.

Isn't it lovely! CW has set his face against a Big Date. Must have better eyesight than I!

Voted Month/Date/Day as a CW triple calender would be very desirable!

Along the line of this:

Really. I don't remember any communications along those lines.

I asked him by e-mail and he replied personally that he had no plans to produce a mechanical watch with a Big Date. Seemed an odd decision to me as some of the worlds great brands, A Lange & Sohne, Glashutte Original, Blancpain et al have a number of Big Date pieces in their ranges. As you will know there are a number of intricate ways this complication can be delivered and I would have thought JJ would have relished the challenge. Then there's Soprod...
