The Christopher Ward watches are great value and look fantastic.
The questionaire is rubbish and should be pulled until these problems are sorted out.

sadly I have to agree this sort of thing does not enhance reputations!

By omitting ?cw_id=35226203 from the url I got to the name and address bit. By using an emial which CWL doesn't already have I then got seamlessly to the questionnaire itself.

Done.

Well, that's one way in....... just had a go with another e-mail addy, so now they've got me twice.....

5th try and still no go . All a bit poor really. They should take a look at some of the other websites around and hopefully improve...
