After 3 days of trying to get past the 'Due to high volumes' message, I just got a page further......... thinking I stood a chance, I filled in the next page
First Name.....
Surname........
e-mail address.......


then got the message..... 'that address already exists in our database' - Grrrr.... Of course it does, that's how you sent me the e-mail.

Well, my e-mail address was already registered. In fact, I received e-mail confirmation each time I bought a watch (just 2 for intance). Still

?cw_id=35226203 from the end of the url that the button uses, and Bob's your
uncle I was in and away.
Although it then complained about my email...
