I did not receive the questionnaire. I do not know how they choose the clients to whom they send it. :(

After 3 days of trying to get past the 'Due to high volumes' message, I just got a page further......... thinking I stood a chance, I filled in the next page
First Name.....
Surname........
e-mail address.......

then got the message..... 'that address already exists in our database' - Grrrr.... Of course it does, that's how you sent me the e-mail.

As they say

"Is it me".........

Well, I think the important point is how well the survey is going. So far, it appears there has not been even more than 1 dissatisfied customer.

However, it's a bit of a one sided affair if the majority of us can't get in to say that we're satisfied (or not)

??

Interesting,
going through the email for the last couple of days I got the 'High Volume' message.

Today, I tried removing the
?cw_id=35226203 from the end of the url that the button uses, and Bob's your
uncle I was in and away.
Although it then complained about my email...
