I went awfully black with a C11 Black Manta. Where does the name Black Manta come from?

First time I've posted on this particular thread. If I keep accumulating CW watches at the current rate, it might become a daily occurrence :)

This arrived yesterday - fitted with a Hirsch natural rally strap in black and white (or black and neutral, if the truth be told)

I am not a collector of watches. I used to be able to say that and know I was telling the truth.

At home recovering for surgery. It's a beautiful, warm day to be home from work! Decided to stick a tan NATO on the Mk I GMT just for kicks, I think it works alright.

Sound like a good combination; Tan NATO with orange dot GMT (although hard to see in the photo)

Will you be at home for long?

Still got my yellow strapped Elite on today. Lighter watch and comfortable, airy strap is great for the warmer weather.

I really do like the tan/orange combo! And this is my second of three days at home. (iphone camera never makes the difference between bright and dark very easy) ;)
