Todays offering on another new strap. This one will last a while - a Hirsch James with a leather uppet and a rubber inner - apparently good for 300 meters WR

I will measure it accurately tonight and let you know. The batteries had gone flat in my calipers when I went to measure it last night!

However, there is no doubt that it is not slim. But the caseback sinks into the wrist a little so that makes it appear a bit slimmer (a bit like the caseback on a Speedmaster, although the JH caseback isn't as deep). On the wrist it looks really good, not too tall at all.

I love that the minute hand is so slim and precise that it is perfectly possible to assess at a glance roughly how many seconds you are through a minute, even without a second hand. :)
The height is 13.6mm.

Back on the wrist now I'm not selling it, with a change to a twin roll strap.

Just realised I've got the shirt on that I was wearing when I did the for sale pictures!

I couldn't see the attraction of divers' watches. Until Chris Johnson showed me his JAG FLE.
It's a great version.

Glad to hear you're keeping your C9 Chrono, Paul.

Homage to IWC Portugese; pah! :silent:

Its a 7750 Chrono with a worldwide Limited Edition of 250 (well 150 really of the silver dial) that's smart and gives you every reason to keep it!

Enjoy.

C6 Tangerine for me today, on a charcoal C60 strap with orange stitching. Winter has finally hit down under, so leather straps are in vogue in my household at the moment...

A great Kingfisher Gary, love the way the second hand hides the date so can be 'accurate' for today :)
