Hmm, just reminded me your comment that your BoB was 39mm as opposed to the 38mm case as still advertised on the CW site. Checked mine and sure enough, is also 39mm and I must have owned mine for over a year now. That website info really should be updated.

My booklet shows the ETA movement as opposed to the Selita advertised now, but the change of case size got me wondering what's under the hood.

It's our old friend the ETA 2824-2 in my case....



Guessing only those earliest ones with the extra writing on the caseback are 38mm.

That bezel is misaligned and the date window is in the wrong place..... Must be a c60

I have managed to live with the bezel for a year now but it does grate me when i look at it. i think im going to have to send it back and have it replaced. the date window i try to ignore.

Trying out my new brown leather band in place of the black. I really like the combo. However, when the band first arrived, I was forced to perform some minor surgery in order to install the quick-release pins which had never been inserted properly into the ends. Since the band was ordered new, I wasn't too pleased with that.
