NIce picture. Always looks a little too big to me for the tonneau design. How about you?
Quite remarkable that 75% of the watches on this page are of the original logo. Coincidence or representative of those pieces more firmly etched in collectors' affections?

Maybe because the original logo was around for about 75% of CWL's existence so far?robinbarke wrote:Quite remarkable that 75% of the watches on this page are of the original logo. Coincidence or representative of those pieces more firmly etched in collectors' affections?

Re: CWL of the day
I think the new logo has been running for about three of the ten years so in terms of time you're not far out. In volumes, CW never claimed 20,000 plus sales a year during the currency of the original logo so perhaps there are about an equal number of the two logos world wide.welshlad wrote:Maybe because the original logo was around for about 75% of CWL's existence so far?robinbarke wrote:Quite remarkable that 75% of the watches on this page are of the original logo. It is quite a large piece of kit but doesn't feel too big. I've ceased to be too concerned by the logos.robinbarke wrote:NIce picture. Always looks a little too big to me for the tonneau design. How about you?
