I got the same watch. I didn't want the tide strap as I'd received one with the C63 Sealander Elite from the January sale. That strap is/was as stiff as possible and needs considerable work. For this round the strap is incredibly comfortable. I still want a leather strap but for now my sentiments are exactly the same.WileyECoyote wrote: ↑Fri Mar 07, 2025 4:53 pm IMG_2480.jpegThis is the first day on the wrist with this one & it really works for me. I bought this one nearly new on the clearance sale, so it came with the Tide strap. I was just sure that the Tide strap wasn’t for me, so I arranged to have a brown leather strap come with it. Sometimes we need to try things before we decide that they are not for us. Rather than being stiff like the canvas straps, the Tide strap is soft & super comfortable to wear!

Re: CWL of the day
That’s an unusual angle from the side. The bezel is flat not angled like other Tridents. Quite unusual, looking more like an Aquitaine. Possibly adds to the thinness.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat Mar 08, 2025 5:02 pm C60 Sapphire Edge at the British Watchmakers Day
