I bought it for something else - it was £2.99 + £1 postage from an eBay seller;

A quick look suggests the 20mm ones are currently out of stock though...
Brings out the blue in the second hand and cross hairs beautifully!

Seller says he has them on order :)

To my eyes the blue strap drains what little colour and contrast there is from the C5. Quite the opposite effect the coloured strap has on the 2013 FLE (above) which is very positive. Excellent pictures.

Hmm, not sure that Liz's blue strap "drains the colour and contrast" from the C5.

Maybe it's just that in the photo, there's a lot of light reflecting off the hour markers, making it harder to see them against the white dial.

Great watch/strap/shirt combination. How does that strike you, Asquerth v. the blue on the C5?

You know, when Robin got me thinking yesterday about whether your blue strap on the C5 would drain it of its colour and contrast, my thought was: wouldn't most straps on a white dial C5 be darker than its white face unless someone put it on a white strap (which wasn't something I'd seen/expected)? So why would blue make it look washed-out any more than black or brown?

And lo and behold, here you are today with the C5 on a white strap!

Very coincidental, and very nice! :thumbup:
