Trotting out the less frequently chosen watches today. First with the Vintage 43.

With a later swap with a hand wound. Both quite nice yet very different from each other in how they wear.

I would consider one of these if it didn't have the (IMNSHO stupid) retracting crown.

Cheers,

You finally found a 'mustard' coloured strap that matches the MK2's GMT hand!!!

I had zero success back when I owned one. Nice one Nigel

Thanks Ryan
Yeah I got lucky - eBay special - the advert stated yellow but luckily the pictures in the ad were infact more accurate and indeed mustard :D
...and only £9.41 delivered from China so took the chance - very pleased with the result, QR pins and very comfortable.
(So good that I've now ordered a Red one from the same supplier https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/195163406532 for my C60 Trident "Red Jag")

This would have been the perfect watch for a sunset cruise, especially as my wife might have thrown me in the drink! (Still haven’t said anything about the new watch yet! )

Corrected. That’s a pretty consistent typo for me when typing on my phone for some reason.
