Yes probably the wrong strap but they are outstanding photos of your C65 Chronograph Prototype Guy !! 8)
They really show it off properly.

Thanks, Ferg. My photos always seem to look better once I've posted them on the forum.

Meanwhile, in an attempt to correct my poor strap choice, I couldn't decide whether to match the orange of the Chronograph hands, or red of the date and sector in the minutes sub-dial. :-k :-k

I've never even taken my C65 Chronograph off it's bracelet... I really should try, but I suspect it will be like the C60 Elite GMT and I'll prefer the look and convenience of the bracelet for this one... both are part of my "grab and go" set, so could be in heat, rain or worse (when cleaning the geese)

I realize I’ve neglected my Anthropocene of late. Hope to draw some of its cooling effect on this hot and sunny day.

If you’re keeping score, my vote is for the red.

And by the way, I thought I was losing my mind until I realized it wasn’t a pic with the red strip and a pic with the orange stripe but both straps on the watch shot from different angles!

The size is perfect, and I like to the dial colors offered between the Mk 1 and the Mk 2. I’d wear this watch in a heartbeat. And yes, an auto would have been nice.
I'd agree with that, although I have never worn my wife's W11, it certainly would be absolutely fine at 38mm for me.

New strap in today! The green/orange will go great with both this and the green C63

Agreed Gary.

I've had the C65 Chrono on its bracelet for the last wee while, having experimented with straps when I first got it and realised that overall the bracelet is the 'best' for it.

However, with the warm & humid weather of recent days I wanted something that was lighter in weight, hence the #tide strap.

I wasn't especially keeping score, Andrew, but I agree; for the #tide strap, black with red stripe is best. The red is just that bit more prominent to go with the black dial.

As to two photos / two straps? I'm glad someone realised that I'd mixed them up! :D :D

DHL did their job but there was a two day delay by USPS. Seems strange it took USPS as long to convey my watch package from Wichita as it took DHL to transport it from Heathrow through customs to Wichita! Anxiety aside, the wait was worth it once I unboxed my new Atoll! Wow! What a beautiful watch!!!

Well that's one of the best strap pairings I've seen for that watch, Alex. Looks superb.
