Reminiscent of the Gulf Oil colours (albeit a tad brighter) on 1960/70s Porsche and modern day Aston Martin Sports cars; which are legendary.

Re: CWL of the day
This for today an oldie but a goldie. This really does make a fine tool watch, it looks as good as the day I got it and I still love wearing it. I love my C60 too and I dare say it is now a better seller but this seems more original in design to me. Maybe I'm wrong maybe this is a homage to something else in the way that the C60 is an homage to the iconic Rolex but if it is I missed it!

Re: CWL of the day
Mailman brought me this one this morning. Shipped last Wed from the UK... I ordered it on the Christopher Ward tan strap, which is quite nice, but switched it over to a Crown & Buckle Fleiger, which suits the watch quite nicely, i think. I've also got a black version of this strap.

The C10 is a great looking watch. And that strap looks great on it too.

Got my old style bracelet in from Wera today. I'm really pleased with the look despite lots of people saying it "doesn't go with" the C60.
