Perfect watch for the job. In many ways I prefer this to the Extreme. Just a touch more subtle. (With the possible exception of the strap, which happens to be spot on!)

Cheers Nick. Know what you mean. I've looked over the Extreme and the extra thickness just makes it a shade too chunky. The Elite is better proportioned.

As for roots. Sue and I are digging over one of our borders, which has not seriously been done for many years and getting compost / manure into the soil to rejuvenate it.

The root was from a large bush in our neighbours garden, adjacent to the fence, only about 6" below the surface. It had to come out!
