Not had this on for a while. It's had a nice day out in the sun.

On a brown Hirsch today. I thought the darker brown was not going to look good with the tan hands/markers but actually looks better than with my black Hirsch strap.

Totally agree. Dark brown is better.

That is the old C9 Harrison GMT (my very first CW watch). They were made with both silver and black dials. I chose the silver because, while a bit less legible at certain angles, I really like the blued second and GMT hands, and it seemed a smidge dressier to me as well. This currently has its slightly more casual brown leather strap installed; the original black leather strap is back home in the watch box.
