My dad passed away peacefully yesterday at 91 after many weeks of illness. He was Flight Engineer on a Lancaster during 1944/45 and was the last of his crew. So figured an aviation theme watch would be appropriate today in his memory.

@nibelb001 - my condolences to you and my respects to your father, to whom we owe a huge debt for his service to our great nation. While I have no idea what he went on to do after the War, I would guess (from conversations with family veterans of the Second World War) those two years on the Lanc were among the most defining of his life. So, a fitting watch indeed to wear in his memory.
