Now where would Ray Mears stay between shoots? 8)

What with us having said all this, I think that the general consensus about us CW wearers is that we couldn't care less what some celebrity wears... we appreciate our watches for what they are, and for what they mean to US... not to Damon Hill or Eddie the Eagle or whoever.

I have to admit (I'm probably the only one here) that I never pay any attention to what sort of watch a celebrity is wearing. I'm happy to put the Kingfisher on my camping packing list (in the "on the person" category... and in fact it is already on there, even though I ain't got it yet), as well as the G-Shock (in the bag, with the remark "for when I do something when it would be wise to not wear a watch) - not because Timothy Dalton has been seen wearing it, but because I think it is a good choice.

Isn't that what CW is all about? If we would be pack followers, we'd all wear Breitlings or TAG-Heuers.

Or Rolexes. Sorry... couldn't leave that one out. ;-)

Hey, Bruce Dickinson is just like everyone else; he puts his pants on one leg at a time. It's just that between legs, he makes gold records.

Or something like that.

But thats the point, he doesnt have to work but he chooses to fly, he can choose any watch but chooses a CW!!!

I got the quote wrong any way. It's:

"Easy guys, I put my pants on ... just like the rest of you, one leg at a time. Except, once my pants are on, I make gold records."
