There's an Elite GMT in the Sales Corner at below Nearly New price.
On the C7 Hornet, I think there were only a couple available earlier in the sale after the '675LT Owners' took 25 out of circulation.

That's my plan. I've moved the watch onto a black vintage oak strap (from the sale) for now, and have a blue hybrid incoming. Am going to get some Gliptone and use it on this strap, because right now it actually looks distressed enough (I like the current look) and don't want it to flake to bare. I'll probably only put this strap on it for special occasions though, as it looks so absolutely cool in that strap
Cheers
Gary
Good plan Gary.

If anybody is interested in a NN Sandhurst @ ~40% off RRP, let me know and I'll place an ad in SC to make it 'official'.
Looking after 2 young children means I'm rushed off my feet and reluctant to compile it if no interest because it can go back using the returns form.
Watch is a replacement for my last one, but placed as a new order so warranty only began a few days ago.
Oh, and unlike my last one, this one has a screw-down crown which may be a bonus for some

Thanks, I would have been very interested, and indeed I was very tempted in yours for sale (except it's black and I was looking for blue unfortunately, but good luck)... however, this beauty arrived this morning and it's gorgeous and I didn't realise how amazingly light these are
Cheers

So DHL spammed my phone 15 times telling me the slightest changes in my package’s travels, then when it gets to Cincinnati LAST WEEK it stops moving because of a problem and they don’t notify me at all. I call this morning and they basically blamed me, yet still can’t tell me why the package is not being delivered on time.
I don’t know why people use DHL. It’s like a backwards bizarro-world shipper here in the US. Cannot stand that company. Even FedEx blows DHL away, and that’s sad to have to say.

Has good ol' Al Deere been on sale before with 55% off? NN currently @ £1347.
Apologies if it's been mentioned before, I haven't been monitoring the thread.
I recall that was offered on the original sale (see page 7 of this thread), so perhaps it's been returned... a chance to get the Al Deere for a little less perhaps for someone

Nope. They said they’ll look into it and call me. LOL!
Honestly it doesn’t surprise me at all. The last watch I bought from CW was delivered by a guy in an old Camry. Not joking. Never saw anything like it. At this point I guess I have to throw delivery promises and all that out the window and just hope it ever gets here.
I’d pay $50 to not have to deal with this DHL junk. I’d expect better service in the Amazon jungle.

Thanks. I've just received a lovely blue hybrid (old style I think) from Ebay and popped it on... looks very nice indeed, so that will serve as the main strap for now and save this distressed for special... will pop a photo up tomorrow sometime

So CW did not fill out the DHL paperwork correctly and DHL has been trying to contact them since last week and gotten no response. Thanks CW.
So after spending two hours with DHL they have sent me the paperwork to fill out. Since I have no printer, I now have to email this to Staples, drive to the other side of my county, fill out the paperwork, have Staples email it back to me, and send the paperwork to DHL correctly filled out.
Thank you Christopher Ward. If I hadn’t gotten it half off I’d just leave it in transport until it was corrected or returned. Maybe that’s why it’s done half assed.

I have yet to have a positive experience with DHL! Their customer service is absolute crap!

Something weird here. Surely if the paperwork was incorrect DHL could not have shipped it to the US in the first place? It's not complicated: AWB and commercial invoices and no courier can operate without them.
Not to be an apologist for DHL (I have no affiliation) but I have found their Express service to be really good, if hardly cheap. They will accept watches and insure them properly to full value which most couriers will not. Of course Germany is DHL's back yard so if they can't get it right from here....
