On a separate note the remaining C65 Super Compressor Black Sand will definitely feature in the sale. They should be there at 30% off. I had an email from CW that confirms this.

Just something else to note. The last January sale came from chris.ward email address. With Chris being gone, the email address will be different so if you had that one marked in some way you may want to update.

The first thing usually is that an email will be sent to all those on the mailing list offering an exclusive preview of the sale. This link will take you to a special sale page which will go live at the same time. Within a couple of days the sale page will appear as a link on the main website, indicating that the sale is live and open to all.

I'm on two different mailing lists, with two different email addresses, on two different devices and I never get ANY emails from CW.
This actually pees me off, quite a bit.
Any info regarding sales, vouchers, new lines etc come from all you good people on the forum.

Same here. I’ve bought probably 10 of their watches and have gotten screwed in every single sale. I have no idea why I never get the emails.

I don't know. But, I suspect there's only been one batch of the Black Sand. I have one and in real life you can't see the misaligned text.

Re misaligned text. It's sometimes hard to tell without a correct control sample, and if it's just not centred by a small fraction you can maybe live with it. Maybe the centred text had an extra space at the end, so the centering is then off by half the width of a space, if you see what I mean.

I was watching a Jenni Elle video the other day about a fake Patek Phillipe, and she said you wouldn't have been able to detect many of the differences, without being able to compare with a known genuine watch. Slight colour inaccuracies, for example. That's much worse than a printing issue.

Although I've been watching the videos of the new Aquis 400 while franticly refreshing... really does look great.

I didn't know Chris was gone....did he retire?

Anyway....I have a CW account...but never bought a CW....was looking forward to the sale to get my first one...but what I get out of all this is...

...an account will not guarantee you getting that email with the sale link..
...even if you bought CWs before..there is no guarantee you will get the sale link..
...there is no guarantee that a sale will occur this month...
