I’ve managed to resist.... I couldn’t get the 40mm white dial Trident that I was after (well done and enjoy to whoever got it). I was tempted by the Vintage C65 (black or blue) or the Cranwell but decided against it as knowing I would return it or sell a few months down the line on eBay.

I just need to wait for my the price to reduce by another £30 for the GS I’m after so it’s within budget and I will be done

I think very few of us do, or have for a number of years come to that. But I guess that's the nature of this strange hobby/obsession/habit we share!

Buyer's Remorse...the "What on earth did I buy that for?" moment? Yes, I've had that once or twice, not just with watches.

Picked up a couple, and showing in my order history.

However, this happened last time and was subsequently informed out of stock.

So I’ll wait for a confirmatory email before getting excited. 🤞🏻

Tried to buy but fear credit card didn't seem to be accepted - my Order Status says Created, does that mean I got the watch?

Indeed. And in the current climate, returning things is not so straightforward, as going to the Post Office can be a risky business at the moment. So it's best to be sure that you REALLY want something before ordering it.

I was at the Paypal checkout page for the blue C65 Vintage prototype and mulled over it for a while before thinking better of it.

Someone else has helped my cause now, but I still need to stay away from the Sales page

Order places, confirmed. Ahhh and relax!
Cool that we could both pick one of those up, plenty available it would seem

I will have to think about a milanese now....
Indeed! Great taste you have there sir! A milanese bracelet was in my thoughts too but I got too panicy at the checkout and just wanted to get the order through and placed!

Some great watches and prices... hurt a little to see the watch I bought only 3 weeks ago receive a £300 price cut.

Me too! We can pick up a bracelet anytime, not unknown that straps get added to the sale later, so eyes peeled....

I really wanted one of the bronze prototypes, but one does not have a discount and the other had a lovely blue bezel but went pretty quickly.

I decided to go for the elite prototype, with the painted flags at 12. Hopefully it i did it in time.

Which one was that?

Maybe the discount was due to it being 'Nearly New'.
