Christopher Ward giving away half links away or charge for them is a business decision. Giving them away for a period and then ending it is yet another business decision. That is totally fine by me.

£12 is nothing, but it adds up in a hurry if you're giving them away.
But they do not have a link on their website to order half links and ignore requests asking how to order them.

I certainly do not feel like I would be able to trust them over any serious issue or warranty request just by their lack of response. And by the multiple reports of them trying to wiggle out of warranty repairs, but if you contact the CEO your warranty might be honored. WTF???
