CW Forum Private Prototype and Archive Sale
Re: CW Forum Private Prototype and Archive Sale
I was so “pathetic” when this arrived earlier but after the term “Darth Ward” was previously mentioned when these were sold, when I opened this new addition this morning I played “Duel of the Fates”
Anyway, some accompanying photos.

Well, what I can say other than a massive thank you to Guy (Bahnstormer_vRS) for allowing me the opportunity to be the custodian of this beautiful and very unique prototype (there were only three and all sold out in the previous prototype sale, last summer)
The C1 Powerglow
I literally can’t stop staring at it… it’s absolutely stunning

Re: CW Forum Private Prototype and Archive Sale
^^^^ Glad to be of assistance, Gary.
Wear it with pride and in good health.
On my side a separate purchase from last week's Prototype sale for me. A unique C65 Chronograph with steel case, gloss black dial (as used on the regular C60 Trident Pro 600) and black bezel.
It came on a black tropic rubber strap, but I've stashed that away in the box.

It was my son who named it when I first tried it on. I thought the name was ace and suits the watch perfectly!!!Chris375 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 26, 2022 1:02 pm I was so “pathetic” when this arrived earlier but after the term “Darth Ward” was previously mentioned when these were sold, when I opened this new addition this morning I played “Duel of the Fates”

If only the case was slightly bigger

Re: CW Forum Private Prototype and Archive Sale
That looks as great as I thought it would in the real world and has joined the other prototypes at the top of my list of favourite CWs. Is the whole case as shiny as the chamfers? It's an interesting contrast to the matte bezel.
Or your wrist smaller - it looks about perfect on Chris

^^^ very good point!!!! Cant argue with that!!!!
It looks superb, and it is superb. Looked like a lovely red pea on a big fat drum, on my wrist!

Great pick Guy. That’s the one I’d have gone for if I’d noticed the post.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat Mar 26, 2022 3:01 pm ^^^^ Glad to be of assistance, Gary.

I like it on the blue Tiber. Has me wondering how it would look on the slightly darker blue tropic strap. Your pics show it off better than the website pics did.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat Mar 26, 2022 3:01 pm It came on a black tropic rubber strap, but I've stashed that away in the box.
Enjoy the new watch!

I’m eager to see some real world pics. This was the only one that piqued my interest.
