CW Exhibiting at the WatchIt! Watch Fair - Saturday 18th February 2023

Post by Bahnstormer_vRS »

It's been nearly three years since CW held their series of stand alone CW Events / GTGs in the UK during 2019 and attended the inaugural WatchIt! Watch Fair in November 2019. Since then we've had a pandemic, lockdowns and postponed events. :( :(

Well? It's back. :D :D

The next WatchIt! Watch Fair attended by Christopher Ward and numerous other British watch brands is to be held on Saturday 18th February 2023 at the Nuthurst Grange Country House Hotel, which nestles in more than seven acres of private woodlands near Hockley Heath, in the Warwickshire countryside.

Admission is FREE but, to be on the safe side, leave your Debit/Credit Cards at home.

Thanks Guy. Great, fairly local to me, booked in. although I'm finding Eventbrite awkward to use.

It would be great to see a few people, but most contemporary British brands are not boat floaters for me. I’ll pass.

I think it will be interesting for me just for CW anyway. Maidenhead is a long way to go.
There's a couple of lovely NT properties nearby that we visit quite regularly (Baddesley Clinton and Packwood), within a few miles of each other), although I doubt the houses will be open in Feb. Baddesley Clinton is a relatively small moated property that's particularly worth a look, although there wouldn't be a lot of time for both a stately home and serious watch viewings.

There's a lot of CW ranges that I would like to see in real life, particularly the Aquitaine. It's not quite the same looking at pictures.

Bit far for me....
But given CW are camped closest to the bar, leaving the debit/credit cards at home seems wise advice. :)

Wish I could, but across the pond is a bit too far for this one. Hoping to visit the HQ next summer -- we shall see. Enjoy the show, all of you who can make it!

Just wondering how many forum members are attending the WatchIt! Watch Fair. I’ve no doubt it will be worthwhile day out.
