Thanks Guy.

I'm not on Facebook which explains why I couldn't find it.

Does anyone know if it likely is that C Ward will have a selection of watches available to look at and buy at this event and will there be discounts perhaps? I live nearby.

I don't know what they intend to do at WIWF. You could email Declan.Strange@christopherward.co.uk - Declan is the showroom manager and is sure to attend WIWF. He may be able to tell you if watches will be available to purchase at the show. Otherwise if you are close why not just visit anyway? You might even find a non-CW that you like for sale. I know this is heresy.

^^^^ Chatting, a couple of weeks ago, with Olivia Blakstad @ CW, she's part of the Marketing Team, she and Patrick Gilbertson expect to be manning the CW Stand at the WatchIt! Watch Fair with, hopefully, Mike France popping in.

From the experience of past events, I'd expect them to have examples of most of the current range available to look at and try on.

I'd be surprised if they will have watches with them available to buy and take away, but it only takes a few clicks on CW's website to buy and, providing you do this over the weekend & subject to availability, it could be despatched from CW Towers on Monday.

Discounts? I doubt it.

I just got an email for Farer saying they will be at the fair.

Unfortunately a few hundred miles too far for me to make it this weekend, but hopefully all of you who go enjoy it.

It's increasingly unlikely that I'll go to this.

I've been through to the websites of all the brands on the exhibitors list to view their watches and, other than CW and Farer, there's maybe 2 (Alkin, IOTA) that have watch designs of interest to me so it'd be 2 hours drive each way for less than an hours viewing.

I hope it goes well for exhibitors and visitors though. If anybody does attend it'd be good to read a review with photos.

I’m looking forward to catching up with the people at CW, always a pleasure to meet. Also, to explore brands that are new to me. I also want to thank Josh in-person for organising the fair, I know that there is a lot of work involved.

Not forgetting, hopefully putting a face to a forum inmate and the opportunity to chat about our shared interest. My wife will be accompanying me, she too enjoys fairs which will round off the day nicely.

Mmmm, considering heading to this as it’s not too far from me. Only one watch I want to see, the bel canto… hopefully they have one to look at.

We are going away for a few days on the Monday, and my wife isn't overcome with joy at spending a whole day with me at a watch fair, when she could be getting ready. I may bring my son, if he feels like it, although he has tickets for Man Utd v Leicester the next day, so he may not come either.

I’m not wearing a watch to the fair, never do these days. It’s easier to try watches on.

True, but I can’t see the point of taking a watch to a watch fair.

The latest floor plan, posted today on Facebook.

There's a very interesting, and notable, addition, spotted by @reubicon.
