From the clues - I bet it'll be red

Joking aside, I think as @tikkathree points out this could be BC related as CW made Andrew a one-off BC with a red dial that I expect looks exactly like the one in the image above IRL.
Coincidentally - I have a visit to CW HQ booked for the 27th

Re: CW and Andrew Morgan Collab??
I've seen Andrew's red BC. It is very nice, a lovely deep red colour. I do wonder what they mean by "discernible" though. A bit of googling says that the human eye can see down to 750nm (some say 700; meh). Whatever, 700 is longer than 600... If I can find my picture of Andrew's red BC I will post it later.

Ah my guess was you would check out the nm, as did I. I think 600nm is closer to orange than red.albionphoto wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2024 1:42 pm I've seen Andrew's red BC. The mention of “the bottom of really expensive shoes” conjured up memories of a couple of the Louboutin wearing ladies that I used to work with.

My inner nerd is fully caffeinated and paying attention this morning. 600nm is definitely orange.

He used to be "the man with the hands" from the Watchfinder YT channel. He now has his own YT channel and marketing consultancy business centred around watch brands.

His vidoes on YouTube are worth checking out. As a fellow Brit, his dry-wit works well for me. His commentary uses clever, sharp humour and he clearly puts a lot of care and attention in to what he says.

Re: CW and Andrew Morgan Collab??
Or orange?
Or orangey red, maybe even red/orange?
Or maybe even a quartz watch with a red dial in a Twelve case?

Re: CW and Andrew Morgan Collab??
Given the sunburst is starting from the top like all Bel Cento's and that Andrew has had one done in red already, I'm pretty certain this will be another Bel Canto collab.
Edit: here's the video to Andrew's version:

Re: CW and Andrew Morgan Collab??
Andrew Morgan and his one-off Bel Canto. Although CW don't know what wavelength they're working with this is actually closer to 600nm and yes, I can still perceive it.
