I've just completed mine.

Great idea to try and get some feedback, as long as its taken on board.

Unfortunately had to mark them down on customer service and delivery.

Ordered a C8 nearly 4 weeks ago, that has not turned up yet, and it was not showing as 'Pre order'

Only got emails back after chasing it up, and even then nothing concrete.

Would have been nice to have got an email without asking, just explaining this is the problem and this is the date you will get your watch.

Still looking forward to getting the watch though !!

as there STAR'S all of them

I think to help CW , putting excellent / five stars etc in all the boxes will NOT be helpful.
A survey is not to swell your ego , its a marketing tool to find those areas which the customer feels let down!
This enables CW to improve their services.
So less stars and more constructive criticism.

PS my complaint / problem or constructive remark , less bling more old fashioned style.

PPS yes , I am getting on a bit!

Wallbash is correct. It is the purpse of the survey to see, on average, what is right and what is wrong.

Please be forthright in your responses so that everyone will benefit in the long run.

If you feel they deserve 5 stars...great! If not ..be constructive.

No question on price levels. For me, CW watches are getting very pricy. Obviously the omission must mean there is plenty of business at the higher levels.

I thought there was a question on "value for money" or something along those lines?
