For anyone in the UK
To be clear, as a UK company CW have to (and no doubt will) comply with these regulations. It doesn't matter where in the world you are. In some ways, CW do exceed the legal requirements: e.g 60 day returns, accepting returns on engraved case back.
I had assumed you couldn't return an engraved piece, but in the current/last sale I bought a NN watch which was engraved.
In Returns Policy:
"If I ordered bracelet resizing, next-day delivery, and/or engraving, can I get a full refund?
You will receive a full refund minus the cost of any optional extras on the original order. For example, bracelet resizing costs approximately £10/$15/€15."

Final words regarding my case.
Bought a nearly new twelve 38 mint and bracelet was missing.
First answer was, they are bundled without bracelet!?
An additional mail and complaint then it got escalated and they sent me a pristine new bracelet.
So this took a bit of time but all sorted.

It could have been better if first level support knew a bit more about product(twelve 38 being sold and advertised with both bracelet and silicone strap).

I received my Sealander GMT back from service today exactly one month from when I sent it under warranty.

They shipped it back with another polishing cloth, stickers, and receipts for the repair work and pressure testing.

It was ticking away when unboxed and the winding is buttery smooth (same as the 330-2 in my Abyss.. silky).

Now to wear for a few days and hope the auto winding does its thing.

The process to get started was a bit confusing as I had posted in another thread, but zero complaints about everything since. Kudos to the CW folks! Happy to have my watch back on the wrist today!
