Christopher Ward C60 vs Steinhart Ocean 1 Comparison
Would love to see a squale Atmos classic reviewed... I have the maxi and it's a great little watch - solid end links and a working date magnifier... Would love to see them thrown in the mix. Same price points maybe even cheaper!

Re: Christopher Ward C60 vs Steinhart Ocean 1 Comparison
I love the WIAA video reviews, so firstly, well done for producing those!
I have to be honest and say that I've never really considered the C60 as something I would buy, for no real reason, other than not fancying it. But I have to confess a soft spot for the Steinhart Ocean 1 Green. But having seen the review, that's probably now off the agenda as well!
It's all down to the lugs. I wasn't aware they were so straight on the Steinhart and I have had exactly the same problem of how it wears, as shown on the review, with another watch I purchased and ultimately had to return as I just couldn't get comfortable with it. I was forever fiddling around with the watch, trying for a better fit, but gave up in the end. I really wouldn't want that hassle again, especially with something bought online and no shop to easily return it to.

Yes the O1 wears quite large. I can't get on with it on the original bracelet which is just too bulky to my eye, but on my 7.25" wrist the Green sits very happily on a Toshi leather strap.

Very nice comparison as I'm still debating between the two

I've got a Toshi strap on order for another watch, only 4 weeks to wait!

You won't be disappointed. Rich makes very good quality straps with a particular look that goes well with many tool watches. Some of his leathers are lovely - in fact I've just been reorganising the 'cheap beater' end of my watch collection to suit a couple of his straps that I particularly like.Caller wrote:

The Squale represents excellent value for money IMHO. ETA Movement, working Cyclops, good QC, real heritage and 2 year warranty.
Mine is up for sale btw!
Only because the MKII Nassau has replaced it in the collection.

I like the Submariner and as both watches borrow design clues from the Rolex I find it difficult to say which is my preference.
