Same basic watch as the Malvern Auto, but scaled down for a lady, and the ladies equivalent ETA movement?

My new interest in watches is rubbing off slightly on my wife, but it's hard to find a decent ladies mechanical watch.

Since I am making the request, she would prefer a deep navy blue dial.
