As suggested elsewhere how about making the service pods a pukka accessory for sale on the CW website? I never get to see them as I'm based in the US but they do look like a great thing to have for travel and might be an affordable gift for other halves to purchase for their watch obsessed partners.

You'd be the first to market (I believe) and greatly reduce the risk of damaging the case when removing / refitting the bracelet.
Melbourne Watch Co have a quick release bracelet on their Sorrento. Check Josh’s review at WIAA.

I know because I bought it from him and it’s brilliant.

Great question tho, Chris

Yes please - make these a purchasable accessory.

PLUS

Maybe also try to fit these into the main packaging box, like Breitling, which would be much more useful than the large internal box/foam holding the watch or maybe make it an upgrade option on the box.

It was mentioned at some time that the company was investigating a return service for US based customers. Right now, returns are more difficult than they need to be since it is up to the individual to arrange for shipping and then claim a refund for the cost. It can be confusing.

Are there plans to introduce a 'return label/pack' for the US and other territories?

Maurice Lacroix also have one on their new Aikon automatic. But, great question. I’ll +1 this one and add all brushed bracelets for the Trident and screw links rather than pins

Like to hear the plans with the new C7 4 piece case design. Next to the use of colour (strength of CW) will we see also use of other materials? Thoughts of using the case design principle for a more field style watch?

Fossil (Don’t groan) have had these for years too, I have one on my Breaker LE from 2015.

Please offer all straps with choice of buckle or deployant clasp (branded!) Sell buckles and deployants separately (screwed is probably best) as do for example Steinhart.

I, and I am sure many others, prefer deployants as they are easier on the strap material but each to his own.

I'm new to CW so I may be wrong, but t seems that all the special edition Trident C60s are in the larger 43mm size only. Any plans to release one (or more) in 38mm?
Rich.

Top 5 questions to date....

The Trident range continues to be a very popular model.
While the two current model sizes sell well, there continues to be a feeling from many that the 43mm is too large yet the 38mm too small.
6 - Are CW considering an intermediate 40/41mm case size?

5 - As suggested elsewhere how about making the service pods a pukka accessory for sale on the CW website? I never get to see them as I'm based in the US but they do look like a great thing to have for travel and might be an affordable gift for other halves to purchase for their watch obsessed partners.

3 - Have you considered developing a dual quick-release spring bar for the Trident bracelet or all?

2- In the past few years, both the development of the SH21 movement and the huge success of the C60 600 have provided springboards to push the company forward. What future developments have you got planned that you hope will be further springboards for the company?

2-Do you have any pictures of the forthcoming skeleton SH21?
