Celebrate CW's 20th Anniversary - "Back to the Boat"
Re: Celebrate CW's 20th Anniversary - "Back to the Boat"
Sadly my uncle passed away the day the ticket holders were informed. I now need to keep all dates free to take my dad to the funeral and I can’t commit to blocking out the two days.
I have Informed CW to instead pass my winning ticket to someone who wouldn’t potentially let them down nearer the time. I hope whoever took my spot enjoys this enough for the both of us.

Iain’s Law: Any discussion on the Christopher Ward forum, irrespective of the thread title or subject matter, will eventually lead to someone mentioning the Bel Canto if the thread continues for long enough.

Sorry for your loss, @iain Family first.
As it happens I have a prior arrangement that would involve letting someone down if I attended. I prefer not to do that.

^^^^ Very sorry to hear, Iain, fully understandable in the circumstances.
I'll raise a glass to absent friends on the evening.

I'm very pleased to have recieved an invite, and I'm really looking forward the boat trip, a few drinks, a bite to eat and seeing how everyone who attended the 10 year anniversary has aged.
I'll be wearing my Burgandy bezel Trident pro for the occasion, and I'm eager to see some of the new watches, in the metal.
Regards Steve

After some careful consideration, I've chosen to wear my C20 Lido FLE on Thursday.. A watch I've actually bought, sold and luckily rebought.. serial number 063/100 which matches my birth year. Very fitting for the 20th anniversary celebration IMO.
What is everyone else who is fortunate enough to attend planning on wearing?

I’m debating between my sealander GMT (I’m coming from the states and could use a timezone reminder) or my BelCanto.

I also was lucky enough to get one of these places! I’m really quite excited. It’ll just be me, but I’m really looking forward to finally meeting a lot of you!
