C63 Sealander GMT 'Sunset' LE

Post by J0EMI »

A member of a CW Facebook group has created a custom 50 piece LE, I've told him that I'm happy to share it on here to help it get more exposure so here it is -

PRE-ORDERS FOR SUNSET

Hi all,

Here it is, the final designs of the Sunset - Limited Edition which will be limited to 50 pieces.

The watch features:
- C63 Sealander GMT 39mm
- Orange Sunburst dial
- Deep blue GMT hand and 5 minute markers
- Sunset engraving on an open case back as well as blue ring
- Sunset Limited Edition packaging

Overall it is a stunning piece, and I’ve had such a blast developing it with Peter and the CW design team.

With all of the above said, I will now be taking pre-orders.
If you wish to pre-order one of these watches please message me on Facebook here - https://www.facebook.com/nathan.ziff or on Instagram @nziffy with the following included:

- Intent to purchase
- Full name
- Email address

This is NOT an obligation to purchase, but please only get in contact if you’re serious about looking to buy the watch.

CW will take care of the rest in terms of strap option and engraving when it comes to actually purchasing the watch.

It will be first come first serve, and if we manage to get more than 50, those who message after that will go onto a waiting list and those slots will be filled should drop out. Feel free to let me know if you’ve changed your mind at any time. The limited edition numbers will be done in order of purchase.

ALL PAYMENT WILL BE HANDLED BY CHRISTOPHER WARD - DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY OUTSIDE OF CW

I think that’s all from me. If anyone has any questions I’ll do my best to answer them. We need 25 orders to push this through to production, so let’s do it!

Thanks again for all of your advice and support with this. It has really helped!

Good luck!

Joe I'm pretty sure that you can: there's a great deal of crossover between this forum and the 3 facebook CW groups, that's no surprise. Of course if CW Enthuisiasts wants to restrict availability to members of CWE I'm sure anyone serious about the FLE would be happy to join.

Oh yes, my name's on the list!
C60 MKI, MKII, MKIII: "some",
C6 & C60 Kingfishers,
C600 Tritechs,
C63 "some",
C65 "some",
C4, C40, C8, C9, C3, C5, C20 & 23FLE
Some other brands

Sure, I was quite positive it would be allowed but wanted to double check with the moderators before I took the time to write up all the details and attach the photos etc in case it gets deleted

@JOEMI

If that's for the Sunset Sealander GMT, Joe, please feel free to post up details.

I came up with the name. Very pleased they went for that.

But one GMT is more than enough for me, unfortunately. I hope it gets made!

Hi all, I’m Nathan, the organiser behind the Sunset LE. We currently have 25 on the list, so pretty much at the threshold for production after one day, which I couldn’t be more pleased with. Let’s push to 50 now!

What a great looking watch. Well done to all involved.

As I’ve couple of Sealanders and an orange Kingfisher, I’ll be giving this a miss. But otherwise it would have been given a lot of consideration.

We currently have 53 pre-orders but this run is limited to 50. I am still taking names for a waiting list, so if you’re on the fence, get involved while you still have a good chance of getting one!
