C9 Harrison - old and new version differences?

Post by watchlover1 »

As per title, aside from the CW logo update are there any other aesthetic internal/external differences between the old or current C9 Harrison prices at £375 and the 'new' version which is £390?just curious if there are any other changes that were made to the newer version to warrant the price increase or do they look identical?

Ive never looked twice at the C9 Harrison before because the 43mm size and lug-to-lug length put me off due to my 6.5-6.75 inch wrists. However the silver/white face version looks so classy that Im now seriously considering going against my instinct...would make a great daily watch for work :o

The difference is that the new C9SGW has a slightly more costly Optic white dial with gold numerals and hands.

For smaller wrists the C5 is a much better dress watch.

I have the same size wrist as you and I had the new white-gold version when it first came out. However, despite it being a beautiful watch, I came to the conclusion that it was just too big and exchanged it for a C10 under the 360 scheme, which I'm much happier with so far.

thanks for info guys....as I thought the C9 will be too big for me to feel comfy wearing it. Ive owned a C5 previously but just didnt click with me...Im also not fond of any strap with a width of less than 20mm with 22mm being my preferred size...the 18mm on the C5 makes it feel too 'skinny'.

So you want a 38mm watch with a 22mm strap? :problem:
