C9 Chrono question

Post by PaulW42 »

Seems to be the morning for me for queries on problematic watches. :D

Before I ask CW to have a look at it, I thought I would ask the assembled gurus here for their advice. I have a C9 Chrono. The Start/Stop button is very slow to return after being pressed so it takes a few seconds before it can be pressed for a second time. It used to return promptly.

Is there anything obvious to check or do? I suspect not but no harm in asking. :)

If you have cleaned the watch to make sure no dirt is stopping it from returning properly, I think it's a return under warranty I'm afraid.

I wouldn't try and do anything just utilise the warranty

Good advice - leave it to people who know what they are doing. :D Warranty return in progress.
