C8 Flyer Mk1

Post by octas »

Hi,

Picked this up today and I am wondering if this was the original strap. The watch itself measures 44mm.

Welcome to the forum.

The strap you have looks to be a genuine CW 'High density webbing' which I'd expect to have 'Chr.Ward' embossed on the underside.

However, it is not an original strap as offered by CW when buying the watch new, as can be seen from the options available in the CWArchive - C8 Flyer Quartz 44mm

Quite right, logos on buckle and back of strap.
Gave £150 for it, current going rate?

^^^^ If you look at the Resale and Pricing Information also within the CWArchive, I'll advocate you did very well.
