As far as I know at atoll is a geographical term used in English. Bel Canto is an Italian term used in international musical language to describe a style of singing. Aquitaine is a region of France and is the same word in French and English. I believe we have dunes in England as well. As well to ask a Swiss company like IWC why they use Portofino instead of Grindelwald?

The grande dune du pilat. The tallest dunes in Europe.

What’s that they say about great minds? :-k
There's a parallel universe and I've (mixing metaphors) slipped down a rabbit hole in the dunes: does anyone market a watch called "the warren?

The prerelease blurb for the Sandstorm kind of captivated me, even though it was really about desert rally driving! And I think the Dune image with the coordinates is fantastic. I can’t wait til tomorrow so I’ll be hitting refresh in hope throughout the day today in case something drops early
Well, I'll be up at four and I'll look but I might not refresh!

Good to see new applied logo - and wish to have in near future 40mm option (already many 38mm models)
